I wouldnt call it the official site as a blog is different to a website, and is owned by blogspot. Also it might be wise to not be married to the Munda Biddi Trail, as the race could be run on trails other than the Munda Biddi Trail if this is politically necessary. So my advice is keep the options open and dont burn too many bridges for no good reason...
I'd also say hills south of Perth as its not really a suburban area of Perth.
